Greek Sandwich
A Mediterranean-style pita sandwich stuffed with feta, olives, cucumber, tomato, and a tangy yogurt dressing. Bright, briny, and a quick lunch that feels vacation-y.

Mix olives, chopped onion and about 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt. Saturate well with olive oil.
Cover; let set overnight in refrigerator.
Set oven at 200Β°.
Slice bread in half lengthwise. On bottom layer, spread all of olive mixture, layer of ham slices, sausage slices, then cheese.
Repeat twice.
Put top on sandwich, then cover with foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
Slice into sandwich slices and serve warm.
