Greek Salad
Greek Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. salad oil, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 tbsp. italian dressing mix, 1 tsp. oregano and 2 qt. mixed greens, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a jar, shake together oil, lemon juice, Italian dressing mix and oregano.
In salad bowl, toss together the greens, tomatoes and 1/4 cup each of the ripe olives and Feta cheese with enough dressing to coat lightly.
Garnish with remaining olives, cheese, and anchovy fillets.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
