Greek Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 leaves boston lettuce, 4 leaves romaine lettuce, 2 medium tomatoes (wedge size), 8 oz. feta cheese, sliced and 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Tear lettuce and chicory leaves into bite size pieces. Place in large bowl.
