Greek Chicken
Greek Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 boned and skinned chicken breast pieces, 1 to 2 tsp. dried oregano, 1 tsp. ground pepper, juice of 2 lemons and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut chicken into strips.
Marinate 5 to 10 minutes in mixture of oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt.
Heat olive oil in skillet and saute minced garlic briefly.
Add chicken strips (and marinade if you want) and cook until just brown.
Serve over cooked rice with some steamed broccoli.
