Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. hot and spicy taco seasoning mix, 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, shredded lettuce and 2 to 3 c. sargento fancy shredded mild cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
👨🍳 Instructions
Brown ground beef; drain.
Add taco seasoning mix (follow package directions).
You may add some jalapeño juice while simmering to make it hotter.
Spread cream cheese on small cookie sheet or pizza pan.
Layer with ground beef, salsa, 1/3 of the cheese, lettuce, remaining cheese, tomato, jalapeño peppers and black olives.
Scoop up with tortilla chips and enjoy.
