Great Giblet Gravy
Great Giblet Gravy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with giblets from a turkey or 4 cornish hens, chopped, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 tbsp. cornstarch or 2 tbsp. flour, 2 c. broth from turkey or substitute 4 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in water and neck meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Blend cornstarch or flour into a small amount of broth.
Add to large amount.
Stir in giblets, chopped boiled eggs and neck meat.
Boil until slightly thickened.
Add seasonings and a little more broth if the gravy is too thick.
