Grasshopper Pie
Grasshopper Pie is an easy dinner. Made with about 24 oreo cookies, 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, 1/4 c. crème de menthe and few drops green food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

👨🍳 Instructions
Make Oreos into crumbs by putting into blender.
(Put cookies in 3 or 4 at a time because it's easier to blend.) Press into pie pans.
Soften ice cream.
Add crème de menthe.
Mix well.
Add green food coloring if desired.
Pour into crusts.
Freeze overnight.
Makes 2 (8-inch) pies.
You can garnish top by adding some of the Oreo crumbs.
