Grasshopper Pie
Grasshopper Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oreo cookies, crushed, 4 tbsp. melted butter, 24 large marshmallows, 2/3 c. milk and 1 jigger crème de menthe, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix cookies and butter and press into pie pan.
Put marshmallows and milk into double boiler until melted.
Cool completely.
Add crème de menthe and whipped cream.
Pour into crust and chill several hours.
Top with shaved chocolate.
