Grasshopper Dessert
Grasshopper Dessert is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with box ritz crackers, crushed, c. melted butter, small pkg. pistachio instant pudding, c. milk and pt. softened vanilla yogurt or ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together for crust.
Pat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix all other ingredients, except Cool Whip and nuts.
Pour over cracker crumbs.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
Freeze for at least 3 hours.
