Grapenut Bread
Grapenut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. buttermilk, 1 c. grapenuts, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine buttermilk, Grapenuts, sugar and cinnamon and soak for 3 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix together.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon soda in 1/2 cup water.
Mix all together.
Pour into 2 greased bread pans.
Bake 300Β° for 1 hour 20 minutes.
