Grapelets
Grapelets is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 pkg. knox gelatin, 1 c. grape purée, 1 1/2 c. grape purée, 4 c. sugar and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Let 1 cup purée and Knox gelatin soak for 30 minutes.
In large kettle, add remaining ingredients.
Boil until thick. While it boils, use a wooden spoon to skim foam.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup chopped nuts.
Put in buttered 8-inch square pan.
Let stand overnight.
Cut in little squares and roll in powdered sugar.
