Grapefruit Pie
Grapefruit Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 grapefruit, 1/2 pt. whipping cream or cool whip and 1 baked pie shell, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water until clear and starts to thicken.
Take off stove and add Jell-O.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool about 5 minutes.
Pour 1/2 mixture in baked pie shell; layer grapefruit sections that have the thin lining removed.
Add the rest of glaze and add another layer of grapefruit.
Cool rest of the way in refrigerator; cover with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
