Grapefruit Pie
Grapefruit Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 grapefruits (pink or ruby red), water, 3 tbsp. cornstarch, pinch of salt and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut grapefruits in half.
Put sections with membrane removed into a drainer set over a measuring cup.
Add water to make 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
Add all ingredients (except pie shell) together and cook until thickened.
Add grapefruit sections.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill.
Serve with whipped topping.
