Grape Pie
Grape Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. concord grapes, stemmed, 1 1/3 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cornstarch, 2/3 c. water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Wash and drain grapes.
Remove skins, but do not discard. Place grape pulp in a saucepan; bring slowly to a boil.
Boil for 5 minutes and force through a sieve to remove seeds.
Combine sieved pulp and skins.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and salt; add to pulp.
Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cinnamon and butter; cool.
Turn into baked shell.
