Grape-Nuts Pudding
Grape-Nuts Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. grape-nuts, 3 eggs, 3 c. milk, pinch of salt and 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat milk over medium heat until bubbles form around pan. Then watch for milk to rise.
When milk rises about 1/8 of an inch and foam appears on top, take milk off heat.
Let cool.
Beat eggs, vanilla and salt, then sugar.
Blend into milk.
Then add Grape-Nuts and raisins.
Pour into glass pan and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Sit glass pan inside pan with water 1/3 full.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
