Beat the eggs.
Add sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and milk.
Stir in the Grape-Nuts.
Place in a greased casserole dish, in a pan of water, in 350Β° oven for 1 hour or until custard is set. (The water should reach at least 1-inch up on the dish.)
