Grape-Nut Pudding
Grape-Nut Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. cold water, 3 tbsp. tapioca, 1 c. brown sugar, pinch of salt and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place in saucepan the water, tapioca, brown sugar, salt and raisins.
Cook until transparent (about 10 minutes).
Take from stove and add grape-nuts, walnuts and vanilla.
Pour into 4 individual dessert dishes to cool.
Serve with whipped cream or Kool Whip.
