Grape Catsup
Grape Catsup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 lb. grapes, 5 lb. granulated sugar, 1 tbsp. salt, 1 tbsp. pepper and 2 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pick over and wash grapes; crush in a large saucepan and cook without water until the juice flows freely.
Press through cheesecloth or sieve to keep back the skins and seeds.
Combine pulp with all remaining ingredients and simmer very slowly until desired consistency.
Put into sterilized jars and seal.
Very good with fish.
