Granpa Cronin's Irish Party Potato Salad
Granpa Cronin'S Irish Party Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, peeled and boiled, 1 lb. finely chopped bacon, fry and save grease, 8 oz. stuffed green olives, save juice, 10 to 12 boiled eggs, chopped and 1/2 c. celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Chop potatoes.
Mix in bacon, olives, eggs, celery and Miracle Whip into large bowl.
Slowly add bacon drippings to taste.
Mix thoroughly.
Add olive juice and mix well.
Season to taste. Serves 20.
