Granola Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo or butter, 1/4 c. honey, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. quick cooking oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Grease bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.

Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients (sugar, honey, egg, flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, oats, coconut and nuts).

This mixture will be thick.

Press in prepared pan.

Bake 20 minutes.

Cool in pan. Cut into 32 bars.
