Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. old-fashioned oats, 1 c. shredded coconut, unsweetened, 1/2 c. sunflower seeds (nuts may be substituted), 1/2 c. wheat germ and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Spread oats in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Heat in oven 10 minutes.
Combine coconut, sunflower seeds, wheat germ, cinnamon, banana chips and hot oats.
Add honey and oil; mix well.
Return mixture to baking pan.
Bake 15 minutes, stir.
Bake 10 minutes, stir.
Bake another 10 minutes or until brown.
Add raisins and store in airtight container.
