Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. oatmeal, 2 c. flour, 1 c. wheat germ, 1 c. nuts and 1 c. coconut (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Preheat oven to 275Β°.
Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Add oil and water; mix thoroughly.
Mixture will be crumbly.
More water can be added for bigger pieces.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
To keep edges from getting too brown, store in airtight container.
