Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. old fashioned oats, 1 c. wheat germ, 1 c. bran, 1 c. coconut and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 325°.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, wheat germ, bran, coconut, and nuts.
In a glass measuring cup, combine honey and oil.
Microwave until it boils (approximately 2 minutes).
Watch carefully.
Pour oil and honey over oat mixture, and stir to coat all.
Using 2 large cookie sheets or baking pans, divide oat mixture evenly, and spread as thin as possible.
Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, combine both halves, and add dried fruit.
