Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1/2 c. coarsely chopped almonds, 1/2 c. sesame seed and 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine oats, coconut, almonds, sesame seed, sunflower seeds and wheat germ in a large bowl. Combine honey and oil. Stir into oat mixture. Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 300Β° for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Stir with spatula every 15 minutes. Cool and store in tightly covered container. Serve as a snack or a topping for fruit.
