Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. old fashioned rolled oats, 3 to 4 c. chopped raw nuts (almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and walnuts), 2/3 c. water, 1 1/2 c. oil and 1 1/2 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix oats, nuts and salt.
Blend remaining ingredients together well and mix into oats.
Bake at 225Β°.
Turn every 1/2 hour until golden.
Add raisins when cool.
