Granola
Granola is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. rye flakes, 2 c. rolled oats, 1/4 c. oat bran, 2 tbsp. soy flakes and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine all ingredients except raisins and dates.
Toss well to coat evenly with apple juice.
Spread on nonstick baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, stirring every 30 minutes for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
After granola is cooled, remove from baking sheet and add dates and raisins.
Store in cool place in airtight container.
