Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Mix milk, sugar and butter in medium saucepan.
Heat to boiling and boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Add cocoa, oats, nuts and vanilla.
Stir to mix.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Bake 8 minutes.
Cool on racks.
