Granny's Icebox Cookies
Granny'S Icebox Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix sugar, Crisco, eggs and vanilla together.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well.
Take cookie dough and divide in half.
Roll each half in wax paper.
Chill dough for 1 hour, then slice 1/2-inch slices.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes until golden brown.
