Granny's Graham Cracker Cake
Granny'S Graham Cracker Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, separated, 1 c. milk and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add yolks, one at a time, and beat well.
Mix flour, baking powder and crackers (ground fine).
Add it with milk to first mixture.
Add vanilla.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in 2 layers in 350Β° oven.
Put in custard filling with 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, lemon rind and juice of lemon.
