Granny's Fruit Salad
Granny'S Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, beaten, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. white vinegar, 2 tbsp. butter and 2 c. red seedless grapes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a double boiler over medium heat, cook and stir eggs, sugar and vinegar until mixture is thickened.
Remove from heat, stir in butter.
In a large serving bowl, combine grapes, marshmallows, pineapple, oranges and bananas.
Add cooled dressing and stir to coat.
Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, fold in whipped cream and pecans.
