Granny's Fruit Cake
Granny'S Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. cake flour, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. butter or margarine and 1 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs to creamed mixture.
Combine milk, vanilla and oil in a measuring cup. Alternate flour mixture and milk mixture until batter is blended. Process the fruit/nut mixture until small pieces.
Fold into batter.
