Granny Black's Ham Pasties
Granny Black'S Ham Pasties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick margarine, 4 oz. cream cheese, ice water, flour (to make dough) and ground or chopped country ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix softened margarine and softened cream cheese together. Add flour and ice water to make dough.
Cover and chill overnight. When ready to make pastry, mix remaining ingredients to a spreading consistency for filling.
Break off dough, one piece at a time, large enough to make one pastry.
Roll out thin in a circle, about 2 inches in diameter.
Scoop filling on top and fold over into half moon and seal pastry.
Bake at 400Β° until brown. Great for parties.
Freezes very well.
