Granita Di Caffe is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. superfine sugar, 2 tbsp. water, 6 c. very strong freshly brewed espresso and 2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Boil for several minutes; pour Espresso into the mixture in pan.
Dissolve cocoa powder in it and remove pan from the heat.
Let cool completely.
Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze until solid.
Transfer to a blender and blend until slushy. Pour into 6 cappuccino cups or small wine glasses.
Serve immediately.
