Grandmother's Icebox Fruit Cake
Grandmother'S Icebox Fruit Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped pecans, 1 small can milk (evaporated), 1 c. chopped brazil nuts, 1 c. english walnuts and 1/2 lb. candied cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Crush graham crackers and place in a large bowl. Add nuts, cherries, raisins and spices to crackers.
Put milk and marshmallows in a large pot and heat slowly (do not boil) until marshmallows are melted. Stir to keep from sticking.
Pour into cracker mixture and mix with hands.
(Make sure nuts and cherries are not knotted up.)
Put this into a casserole dish lined with wax paper.
Press mixture until solid.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
Decorate with nuts and cherries.
