Sift flour in bowl.
With spoon, mix in Crisco and milk.
Just before kneading, add cheese and mix until thoroughly kneaded, using extra flour as needed.
Roll out to about 1/2 inch and cut out or make small biscuits by hand.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 500Β° for 10 minutes.
