Grandma Shelby's Chocolate Pie
Grandma Shelby'S Chocolate Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 3 eggs, separated and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa and milk.
Beat in egg yolks.
Add water and cook over low fire.
Stir until thick.
Add vanilla. Pour into pie crust.
Top with Cool Whip.
This recipe was given to me by my mother-in-law as a young bride and I wrote it on a brown paper bag.
