Grandma's Sour Cream Meatballs
Grandma'S Sour Cream Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 2 large onions, chopped, 16 oz. sour cream, 1 1/2 tsp. whole peppercorns and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Using medium saucepan, fill halfway with water.
Bring to just below boil.
Mix ground meat, onions, peppercorns, salt, pepper, bread and eggs.
Roll into meatballs.
Place in hot water with onion powder for about 1/2 hour.
Make sure water just covers meatballs.
Add sour cream and potatoes; simmer another 3 hours. Refrigerate in pot overnight.
Reheat and serve with green or orange vegetable and applesauce.
