Grandma's Rugalach
Grandma'S Rugalach is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/2 lb. margarine, 3 c. sifted flour, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.
Melt margarine and cool.
Sift flour, sugar and salt.
Combine all ingredients and form a dough.
Cover bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours (don't refrigerate longer).
Divide into 8 parts.
Roll each out in sugar and cinnamon.
Cut each part into 8 triangle shapes; spread each with filling (jelly, nuts, etc.) and roll up.
Bake at 350Β° on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
