Grandma's Rice Custard
Grandma'S Rice Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Heat milk.
Add rice and margarine.
Add sugar, salt and raisins to beaten eggs, then slowly stir in the hot milk mixture. Add vanilla.
Pour into greased baking dish; set in a pan of hot water.

Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until set.
