Grandma'S Raisin Bars is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. seedless raisins, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 c. sugar and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Combine raisins and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and stir in oil.
Cool to lukewarm.
Stir in sugar and egg.
Sift together dry ingredients and beat into raisin mixture.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
When cool, cut into bars.
Dust with confectioners sugar.
