Grandma's Peanut Butter Fudge
Grandma'S Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. butter, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. peanut butter and 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Bring sugar, butter and milk to boil in a heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.
Boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and chips.
Stir until bits melt and mixture is smooth. Add marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Beat until smooth and blended. Pour into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Let set until firm, then cut in squares.
