Grandma's Gelatin Fruit Salad
Grandma'S Gelatin Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. boiling water, divided, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 2 c. ice cubes, divided, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jell-o and 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup hot water and lemon Jell-O. Add 1 cup ice cubes; stir until melted.
Add pineapple.
Pour in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Refrigerate until set.
Repeat with orange gelatin, 1 cup hot water and 1 cup ice.
Stir in mini marshmallows.
Pour over lemon layer and refrigerate until set.
