Grandma's Crumb Cake
Grandma'S Crumb Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. shortening or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Cut in shortening to make crumbs.
Reserve 2/3 cup crumbs for topping.
In remainder of crumbs, mix in cream of tartar, soda and milk.
Add beaten eggs. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
