Grandma's Chicken
Grandma'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 jar dried beef, 6 to 8 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned, 1 small carton sour cream, 1 can mushroom soup and bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Chop up dried beef and sprinkle over the pan.
Take chicken breasts and wrap each one with 1 strip of bacon.
Place chicken on top of beef.
Mix sour cream and mushroom soup.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate 24 hours.
Bake at 350Β°, covered, for 2 hours.
