Combine sugar and eggs in heavy saucepan; stir well and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring mixture well.
Spoon mixture into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400Β° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and cut into squares.
