Grandma's Casserole
Grandma'S Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, 2 lb. ground beef, 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce and 1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook and drain noodles.
Melt butter in skillet and brown meat.
Drain off fat.
Stir in flour and tomato sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, salt and onions.
Add to meat mixture and cool a little.
Layer noodles and meat mixture in casserole dish.
Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
