Grandma'S Buttermilk Pancakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. buttermilk (preferably 1 week old), 1 1/2 c. bisquick, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tbsp. sugar and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and milk and pour over sliced bread. Dip each piece of bread in beaten eggs, handling carefully so that bread retains its shape.
Gently melt butter in a skillet and fry bread on both sides until golden brown.
Remove to serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (pre-mixed).
Serve hot.
