Grandma's Blanc Mange
Grandma'S Blanc Mange is an easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Gradually add milk (I use a whisk).
Heat to boiling, then boil gently for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Pour into mold which has been rinsed in cold water.
Chill.
Serve with cream or crushed fruit.
