Grandma's Biscuits
Grandma'S Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. corn oil, 3/4 c. buttermilk, butter or margarine and approximately 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Pour oil and buttermilk in a large bowl; stir in flour.
Mix well.
May sometimes have to add a little extra flour if too sticky.
Roll dough on floured flat surface.
Cut circles with glass or cookie cutter.
Put biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet.
Put a little butter or margarine on top of each biscuit.
Bake approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
