Grandma Feldmann's Jumbles
Grandma Feldmann'S Jumbles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. margarine (1/2 lb.) and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix sugar, shortening, eggs and vanilla.
Add baking powder, flour and salt.
Mix and knead just until blended well and dough holds together.
If dough crumbles, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk.
Roll to desired thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Decorate with colored sugar, if desired, before baking.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
